Die Erfindung betrifft ein Befestigungselement für die Osteosynthese, insbesondere für die Fixation von Kno­chenfragmenten über eine Abstützplatte. Das Befe­stigungselement besteht aus einer Dübelhülse und einer in die Dübelhülse eingreifenden Schraube, wobei die Dübelhülse aus einem zähelastischen, gewebevertäglichen Kunststoff ist und ihre Außenfläche ein Gewinde auf­weist. Die Dübelhülse ist an ihrem dem Schraubenkopf zugewandten Ende geringfügig und an ihrem anderen Ende in stärkerem Maße aufspreizbar, wodurch eine einfache Montage und eine feste Verspannung im Knochengewebe erzielt wird. In Verbindung mit einem metallischen Schraubendreher kann die Position der Dübelhülse bei deren Montage am Röntgenschirm oder in Verbindung mit einer Meßskala ständig überwacht werden.

The invention relates to medical technology, namely to a fastener for osteosynthesis, in particular for fixing bone fragments through a support plate.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the stiffness of fixation of bone fragments while simplifying the installation in the surgical field.
FIG. 1 shows a dowel sleeve, a slit with a screw; Fig. 2 illustrates a screwdriver for screwing in the dowel sleeve; on fig.Z - fastener, fixed in the bone.
The fastener consists of a screw 1 of high-grade steel and a dowel sleeve 2 made of biocompatible plastic with a fabric, for example, ultraviolet-molecular polyethylene. Part of the inner hole 3 of the sleeve 2 has a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the screw 1. The outer surface of the dowel sleeve 2 along its entire length is provided with a thread 7, the tops and bottoms of which are rounded. The dowel sleeve 2 can have a thread-free partial zone that is metallized, which allows the positions of the dowel sleeve to be recorded on the X-ray screen.

The invention of the device for fixing bone fragments, containing an external dowel sleeve, completely with a screw and a longitudinal slot, characterized in that, in order to increase the rigidity of fixation of bone fragments while simplifying installation in the surgical field, the dowel sleeve is made in the form of two consecutive channels of different transverse exchange, one of which with a hexagonal cross section,
